1. Website operator and brand status

This website is operated under the FixALL Computers brand by FixALL Computers Pte Ltd (Singapore) for Malaysia-market project enquiries. Use of the words “Malaysia” or “Malaysia Project Services” describes the market served and does not represent that a Malaysian company with that name has been incorporated.

The legal service provider and contracting entity for any accepted project will be identified in the written quotation, purchase order acknowledgement or service agreement. That project document will take precedence over these website terms where there is a conflict.

2. Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these terms. Do not use the website if you do not agree. These terms relate to website use and initial enquiries; they do not replace the terms of an accepted quotation or signed project agreement.

3. General information only

Website descriptions, illustrations, examples, service areas and capability statements are general information. They are not a technical design, professional certification, warranty, binding offer, promise of availability or commitment to accept a project.

4. Project enquiries and quotations

Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Projects remain subject to review of scope, location, site conditions, access, safety requirements, resource availability, materials, timing, credit assessment and commercial agreement.

A quotation is valid only for the stated period, scope, assumptions, exclusions, quantities, work windows and location. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices may exclude taxes, permits, accommodation, travel, parking, tolls, lifting equipment, after-hours work, specialist testing, authority fees and third-party charges.

5. Scope changes and site conditions

Additional work, changed quantities, delays outside the service provider’s control, return visits, restricted access, inaccurate site information, concealed conditions, unsafe environments or customer-requested changes may affect price and completion time. Any variation should be confirmed in writing before the additional work proceeds where practicable.

6. Customer responsibilities

The customer or enquirer is responsible for providing accurate information and authorised access, identifying site rules and hazards, obtaining necessary internal approvals, permits and landlord or building-management permissions, providing suitable work areas and ensuring that submitted drawings, procedures and credentials may lawfully be shared.

7. Hardware, software and third-party services

Third-party products and services remain subject to their manufacturers’, licensors’ or providers’ specifications, warranties, licences and availability. Product names and marks belong to their respective owners. Reference to a product does not imply endorsement or authorised partnership unless expressly stated.

8. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website design, text, graphics and branding are owned by or licensed to the website operator. You may view and print reasonable extracts for evaluating services, but you may not reproduce, modify, republish, sell, scrape or commercially exploit website content without written permission.

9. Submitted information and documents

You confirm that information and documents you submit are accurate to the best of your knowledge and that you are authorised to provide them. Do not submit passwords, payment-card data, malware, unlawful content, sensitive personal data or confidential third-party material unless specifically requested through an appropriate secure channel.

Personal data is handled as described in the Personal Data Protection Notice. Optional Google Analytics is disabled unless a valid measurement ID is configured and a visitor grants permission through the analytics banner.

You must not attempt to disrupt the website, bypass security, introduce malicious code, impersonate another person, submit false or abusive enquiries, harvest contact details, or use the website in breach of applicable law or another party’s rights.

The website may be changed, suspended or unavailable without notice. External links, where provided, are for convenience. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party websites, services or privacy practices.
